Terms of Service
Last updated October 28, 2026
These terms cover your use of Rebookly, the client rebooking app at app.getrebookly.com and getrebookly.com ("Rebookly", "we", "us"). By starting a trial or using Rebookly, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Rebookly.
What Rebookly is
Rebookly helps beauty professionals keep clients coming back: it shows which clients are due back, opens ready-written texts that you send from your own phone, sends you reminder notifications, and keeps client notes, photos and income records. Rebookly does not book appointments, take card payments from your clients, or send texts to your clients on its own.
Your account
You need to be at least 18 and using Rebookly for your business. You sign in with your email and a one-time code; keep access to that email, and tell us at support@getrebookly.com if you think someone else has used your account.
Trial, price and billing
- New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. We take a card at signup but don't charge it until the trial ends.
- After the trial, Rebookly costs $39 a month plus any sales tax that applies, charged monthly in advance until you cancel.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Depending on where you are, Stripe or its affiliate Link may act as the seller of record and handle sales tax and receipts; their terms also apply to your purchase.
- If we change the price, we'll email you at least 30 days before it applies to you.
Cancelling, refunds and deleting your account
- Cancel anytime in the app: Settings, Your account, Cancel subscription. Rebookly keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for, then stops, and you won't be charged again. Cancelling during the free trial means you're never charged.
- No refunds: payments already made aren't refunded, including for partial months, except where the law requires it.
- Delete your account anytime in the app: Settings, Your account, Delete my account. This cancels your subscription immediately and erases your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Your content and your clients
Everything you put into Rebookly (your client records, notes, photos, studio details) stays yours. You give us permission to store, back up and display it only as needed to run Rebookly for you; for example, your studio details and services appear on your public client page.
You're responsible for having your clients' permission to keep their information, and for the texts and messages you send them, including following the rules on marketing messages where you work.
Acceptable use
Don't use Rebookly to break the law, send spam, harass anyone, store information you're not allowed to have, or try to break, overload or get around the security of Rebookly. We may suspend accounts that do.
Support
Email support@getrebookly.com. Most emails are first answered by an AI assistant; anything it can't handle is passed to a person.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Rebookly running and your data backed up, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may improve or change features. If we ever shut Rebookly down, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice so you can download your data.
Disclaimers and limits
Rebookly is provided "as is". Money and tax figures in the app are a record of what you enter, not financial or tax advice. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost bookings or profits, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll post the new version here and email you before it applies. Continuing to use Rebookly after that means you accept them.
